Hi {{first_name}}

Grip strength is brutally honest. It does not care about your supplement stack. It does not care about your morning routine.

It does not care that you bought a very expensive water bottle with ambition in it. Can you hold on? That is the question.

Try this twice this week:

Farmer carry:

• Grab two heavy things
• Dumbbells, kettlebells, grocery bags, water jugs
• Stand tall
• Walk 30 to 60 seconds
• Rest
• Repeat 3 rounds

Dead hang:

• Hang from a pull up bar
• Start with 10 to 20 seconds
• Build slowly
• Stop if shoulder pain shows up.

Towel squeeze:

• Roll up a towel
• Squeeze hard for 10 seconds
• Repeat 5 times per hand
