The Agentic Engineering Playbook top engineers are using

Most engineers are stuck babysitting AI one prompt at a time. A handful have figured out how to build agents that plan, execute, and self-correct on their own.

Hi {{first_name}}

A habit that only works on a beautiful, quiet day has a very demanding contract. Renegotiate before the next busy afternoon.

🚪 Today’s simple move

  • Name the activity you want to keep doing.

  • Choose a smaller indoor or at-home version.

  • Decide exactly when you will use that backup.

⚡ Try this

• Use an indoor walking route
• Try a short familiar routine
• Keep equipment easy to reach
• Lower the starting friction

The backup is part of the plan.

It is not evidence that you failed the original.

Write your if-then plan

If rain cancels my walk, then I will do a comfortable indoor movement break after lunch. Make your version just as specific.

🔬 Tiny science receipt: CDC notes that some physical activity is better than none and that it can be divided into smaller chunks.
💌 💌 Forward this to the friend whose routine disappears when the forecast changes.
